What it’s about?

An introduction to Tai Chi (including some Qi Gong exercise) for those who wants to learn a little before attend any classes. An introduction to Tai Chi (including some Qi Gong exercise) for those who wants to learn a little before attend any classes.

Important topics covered are:

  • the correct posture
  • breathing techniques
  • basic Tai Chi principles
  • the differences between Tai Chi and Qi Gong

It doesn’t matter what age you are or how fit (unfit), we go slowly and always at your comfort zone.

Note

  • Wear comfortable cloth and flat shoes.
  • Maximum 10 attendees to ensure individualised attention to YOU!
  • Parking on the street please. To be aware that this is a One-way street.
